Hello Designer Living Team,


I recently purchased a comforter from your company and unfortunately I=E2=80= =99m experiencing an issue with it. I=E2=80=99ve only washed it twice (foll= owing the care instructions), but the inside filling has already shifted an= d bunched up. Because of this, the comforter no longer lays flat and isn=E2= =80=99t comfortable to use.


Given the limite= d use and proper care, I believe this may be a defect. I=E2=80=99d apprecia= te your help in resolving this=E2=80=94whether that means sending a replace= ment or offering a discount toward a new one.
