Just received my heating blanket on January 1= 7th and it=E2=80=99s not working!  This is the second one I have bough= t from you. Are these new?? Or do they turn off when you set the timer to 1= 0 hours?? I=E2=80=99ve owned heating blankets all my life, and never had on= e just quit working after a few days!! Please help!!
