We ha= ve not washed the rugs yet. Attached are pictures for your reference. = The material fluffy back up slightly after vacuuming, but not completely.

We bought two differe= nt sizes of the Madison Park Grande Solid Tufted Rugs back in November, and= they started matting up after about 3 months of use. We love the rugs, but= the matting is a bit frustrating. We don't wear shoes in the bathroom,= and we haven't washed the rugs in the wash machine. What are your sugg= estions for fixing the matted up areas? Is there a way to prevent the matti= ng from happening?
