We have = not washed the rugs yet. Attached are pictures for your reference. The= material fluffy back up slightly after vacuuming, but not completely.

We bought two different = sizes of the Madison Park Grande Solid Tufted Rugs back in November, and th= ey started matting up after about 3 months of use. We love the rugs, but th= e matting is a bit frustrating. We don't wear shoes in the bathroom, an= d we haven't washed the rugs in the wash machine. What are your suggest= ions for fixing the matted up areas? Is there a way to prevent the matting = from happening?
