together=20and=20realized=20that=20there=20was=20a=20hardware=20bag=20in=20=
the=20box=20but=20the=20bag=20was=20empty.=20Unfortunately,=20that=20meant=
=20that=20we=20couldn&#39;t=20install=20the=20headboard.</p><p><br/></p><p>=
Then=20took=20the=20information=20that=20was=20given=20in=20the=20specs=20r=
egarding=20the=20hardware=20needed=20and=20purchased=20it=20ourselves.=20Un=
fortunately=20the=20information=20that=20was=20provided=20was=20incorrect=
=20and=20we=20are=20still=20no=20closer=20to=20having=20a=20headboard=20tha=
n=20we=20were=20when=20we=20first=20opened=20the=20box.=20This=20is=20very=
=20frustrating!</p><p><br/></p><p>I=20did=20try=20to=20call=20two=20days=20=
ago=20and=20have=20not=20heard=20anything=20back=20from=20your=20company.=
=20We=20spent=20FOUR=20HUNDRED=20DOLLARS=20plus=20all=20the=20hardware=20th=
at=20we=20purchased=20on=20our=20own=20and=20our=20purchase=20can=20not=20b=
e=20used.=20Amazon=20told=20us=20to=20contact=20you=20directly.=20I=20will=
=20expect=20to=20hear=20from=20you=20tomorrow=20to=20let=20us=20know=20the=
