Thank you for contacting JLA Home. We are sorry to hear about the trouble
you have had with your Electric Throw.

Please perform the below troubleshooting steps. Once completed the issue is
usually resolved

Step 1: Turn off the controller power switch.

Step 2: Unplug the controller power cord from the 120 VAC Wall outlet.

Step 3: Be certain that the cord from the controller to the Throw is
securely connected at the Throw module.

Step 4: Plug the controller power cord back in to the 120 VAC wall outlet.

Step 5: Turn the power back on to see if the error condition still exists.

Step 6: After performing the above steps, if the Controller Display still
indicates an error condition, make a note of which LED indicators are
flashing. Turn the controller off and unplug the power cord from the 120
VAC wall outlet.

Once you have completed these steps (or if you completed them prior to
contacting us) and the problem persists please go to the website below to
register the product for warranty support and open a claim. Include as much
information about the issue as possible and someone from our Warranty
Support Team will be in contact with you to provide a resolution.
