 Seller,   We want to make you aware of a recent system synchronization iss=
ue that affected a subset of newly submitted and pending items between Nove=
mber 1 and today.   Our technical teams identified a synchronization error =
that caused some items =E2=80=94 though properly set up and published =E2=
=80=94 to not reflect a published state and therefore remain offline. The i=
ssue has been identified, and a solution is currently in progress. Addition=
al monitoring measures have been implemented to help prevent similar delays=
