share updated Content Guidelines for Macy=E2=80=99s Marketplace, organized =
by department and category. While many requirements remain the same, a few =
important updates will take effect soon.  These content guidelines are desi=
gned to bring parity across Macy=E2=80=99s as a total retail destination =
=E2=80=94 ensuring Marketplace items align with the same high content stand=
ards customers expect across Macy=E2=80=99s. They also serve as a clear cal=
l to action to help us collectively deliver an optimized site experience fo=
r our customers.  Key Content Guideline Changes: Minimum Images: All items =
must include at least three images.  Product Names: Limited to 150 characte=
rs or fewer.  Copy / F&B Details: Certain category-specific product details=
 are now required within the copy section.  Category-Specific Imagery: New =
imagery requirements now apply for select categories.   Stricter Item Revie=
w Enforcement Starting Monday, October 27, our Item Review process will str=
ictly enforce these guidelines. Items that do not comply will be rejected u=
ntil corrections are made.  To prepare, we encourage you to review and upda=
te your existing products now. In parallel, our team will begin working wit=
h sellers to clean up existing data to ensure compliance.  Important: To pa=
rticipate in Holiday promotions, products must be updated to meet all conte=
nt standards by Friday, November 14.  We recognize this represents a shift =
in some item operations workflows, and we deeply appreciate your partnershi=
p as we continue to elevate Macy=E2=80=99s Marketplace as a retail destinat=
ion and provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers.   =

cess:  Automatic Background Removal For select categories, our system will =

. Auto-Accept for Swatches Swatch images became optional earlier this year.=
 Going forward, a default swatch will be automatically generated by Macy's =
Marketplace to streamline approvals. Sellers who prefer to opt out and use =
