sion, the 10/6 Marketplace Event has been cancelled. You must to participat=
e in the full event from 9/25-10/6, or you will be removed from the event i=
n its entirety. Unless you note below that you would like to be opted out e=
ntirely from the event, you will be enrolled in the coupon. Please let us k=

from site by setting inventory to '0'. Your pricing during the promotional =
event must represent the advertised discount relative to your previous tick=
et price (e.g., you cannot raise ticket in advance of sale). If you run a M=
irakl promotion that overlaps with any portion of the time a Value Add Coup=
on runs, the promotions will stack. You may run a Mirakl promotion at any t=
ime you choose, but it is the seller's responsibility to keep track of any =
overlapping promotions they have set up. Macy's is not responsible for noti=
fying the seller if the seller has set up overlapping promotions. Discount =
pricing will come off your ticket price, so if you have sale pricing submit=
ted you should remove it if you don't want it to stack. You must follow our=
 dates listed above. Items that aren't live with valid webids or are out of=
 stock at the time the Mirakl promotion is setup will not pull into the pro=
motion. Please note, your most recently approved promotion will be what sho=
ws on site. This means any overlapping, previously approved submissions wil=

ace pricing policies. If you do not comply with these policies, you may be =

would be artificially increasing a price to show savings. Example: If you n=
ormally offer an item for $20, you cannot increase the regular price to $25=
 on the first day of an event (or shortly before) so that you can then offe=
r it at 20% off. Promotions must be limited in time. Each promotional event=
 must have an end date. After that end date, the item must return to the re=
gular price. And outside the holiday period where we inform customers that =
we will remain on sale at various prices, you cannot have =E2=80=9Cback-to-=
back=E2=80=9D sales, meaning that you cannot just go immediately from one e=
vent to another. You must go back to the regular price. Example: You partic=
ipate in a Macy=E2=80=99s sale event with an end date of January 3. On Janu=
ary 4, the item needs to revert to the regular price. If you choose to have=
 your regular price fluctuate (i.e., you change your regular price frequent=
ly), that is fine. However, in that case, you may not participate in promot=
ions. The issue is you do not have a consistent, established price to promo=
te off. Example: You vary the price of your product daily to react to prici=
ng on other sites. That=E2=80=99s fine, but you can=E2=80=99t then promote =
