rgeted price increase on select products, effective September 8, 2025. As m=
any of you know, our March 31 adjustment=E2=80=94the first in four years=E2=
=80=94was made before the new tariffs took effect. This upcoming change is =
the first to reflect those tariffs. We=E2=80=99ve absorbed most of the adde=
d costs, but a modest adjustment is necessary to continue delivering the qu=
ality, design, and service you expect from us.

What to know:

-  Most products remain at current pricing
-  About 300 SKUs affected, with an average 7% increase on those items
-  Across the entire portfolio, the adjustment averages less than 1% overal=

-  Orders and backorders confirmed before September 8 will be honored at cu=
