Note: Access to the Seller Success Center is being rolled= out in phases.


So far, 75% of Macy=E2=80=99s Marketplace sellers have been invi= ted, and we expect to complete invitations by the end of July. 


Invitations are sent to = the primary contact listed in your Macy=E2=80=99s Mirakl account. The prima= ry contact receives their welcome email from VendorManagementSystem@macys.com with the subject line =E2=80= =9CWelcome to the Seller Success Center=E2=80=9D. Once invited, that primar= y contact can log in and add additional team members. 


Not sure if your team ha= s access? Check with your primary contac= t to see if they've received an SSC invitation. 


If they have, they can a= dd you as a user directly.
