=99s Changing  Starting soon, we will begin=E2=80=AFautomating refunds=E2=
=80=AFfor returned orders that have not been processed within the existing =
Service Level Agreement (SLA). As a reminder, sellers are expected to=E2=80=
=AFissue a refund or resolve the return=E2=80=AFwithin=E2=80=AF48 hours of =
the item being delivered back to your warehouse.    Please note: Refunds wi=
ll only be issued for orders delivered to your warehouse and pending resolu=
tion for over 48 hours.    Why This Matters  This enhancement is designed t=
o support our growing business and ensure we consistently deliver a high st=
andard of service to our customers. While we already issue refunds on your =
behalf when the SLA is exceeded, this process will now be automated to ensu=
re faster resolutions and improved customer satisfaction.  What You Need to=
 Do  Continue to monitor return deliveries closely.  Ensure refunds are iss=
ued or resolve incidents within the 48-hour SLA.  Do not resolve incidents =
for orders that have not yet arrived. These do not count toward your SLA an=
