  2. Your pricin= g during the promotional event must represent the advertised discount relat= ive to your previous ticket price (e.g., you cannot raise ticket in advance= of sale).
  3. If you run = a Mirakl promotion that overlaps with any portion of the time a Value Add C= oupon runs, the promotions will stack. You may run a Mirakl promotion at an= y time you choose, but it is the seller's responsibility to keep track of a= ny overlapping promotions they have set up. Macy's is not responsible for n= otifying the seller if the seller has set up overlapping promotions.=
  4. Discount pr= icing will come off your ticket price, so if you have sale pricing submitte= d you should remove it if you don't want it to stack.
  5. You must fo= llow our dates listed above.
  6. Items that = aren't live with valid webids or are out of stock at the time the Mirakl pr= omotion is setup will not pull into the promotion.
  7. Please note= , your most recently approved promotion will be what shows on site. This me= ans any overlapping, previously approved submissions will be overridden.


Reminder you mus= t always adhere to Macy=E2=80=99s Marketplace pricing policies. If you do n= ot comply with these policies, you may be excluded from promotional opportu= nities in the future.


  • The =E2=80= =9Cregular=E2=80=9D price for the item must be established for at least 14 = days before the item is promoted. Thereafter, the item may be on sale for n= o more than 60-65% of the time it is offered on our MP. In other words, the= item must be offered at the consistent regular price for 35-40% of the tim= e.
  • Note: by =E2=80=9Cregular=E2=80=9D price, we mean= your ticket price, even if your ticket price might be intended as a promot= ion (e.g. if you temporarily lower your ticket price). A promotion will not= show on site unless you configure a Mirakl promotion or submit a promo tem= plate; to the customer (and in regards to our policies), your ticket price = will always be viewed as the =E2=80=9Cregular=E2=80=9D price.
  • Example: You offer a blouse for $50.00 starting o= n January 1. You can only promote that blouse after January 15. Thereafter,= you can promote it at various times, but you need to be off sale at the re= gular price for a reasonable time, consistent with the standard above.
  • You may not= increase a price in order to then offer it at a discount. That would be ar= tificially increasing a price to show savings.
  • Example: If you normally offer an item for $20, y= ou cannot increase the regular price to $25 on the first day of an event (o= r shortly before) so that you can then offer it at 20% off.
  • Promotions = must be limited in time. Each promotional event must have an end date. Afte= r that end date, the item must return to the regular price. And outside the= holiday period where we inform customers that we will remain on sale at va= rious prices, you cannot have =E2=80=9Cback-to-back=E2=80=9D sales, meaning= that you cannot just go immediately from one event to another. You must go= back to the regular price.
  • Example: You participate in a Macy=E2=80=99s sale= event with an end date of January 3. On January 4, the item needs to rever= t to the regular price.
  • If you choo= se to have your regular price fluctuate (i.e., you change your regular pric= e frequently), that is fine. However, in that case, you may not participate= in promotions. The issue is you do not have a consistent, established pric= e to promote off.
  • Example: You vary the price of your product daily= to react to pricing on other sites. That=E2=80=99s fine, but you can=E2=80= =99t then promote that item because you don=E2=80=99t have a steady regular= price.
