prietary & confidential. As a reminder, these rules apply to ALL PROMOTIONS=
: Due to system limitations, we cannot make changes to your promotion once =
it=E2=80=99s been approved in Mirakl. If you no longer wish to offer this p=
romotion after the due date has passed, you will need to remove your offer =
from site by setting inventory to '0'. Your pricing during the promotional =
event must represent the advertised discount relative to your previous tick=
et price (e.g., you cannot raise ticket in advance of sale). If you run a M=
irakl promotion that overlaps with any portion of the time a Value Add Coup=
on runs, the promotions will stack. You may run a Mirakl promotion at any t=
ime you choose, but it is the seller's responsibility to keep track of any =
overlapping promotions they have set up. Macy's is not responsible for noti=
fying the seller if the seller has set up overlapping promotions. Discount =
pricing will come off your ticket price, so if you have sale pricing submit=
ted you should remove it if you don't want it to stack. You must follow our=
 dates listed above. Items that aren't live with valid webids or are out of=
 stock at the time the Mirakl promotion is setup will not pull into the pro=
motion. Reminder you must always adhere to Macy=E2=80=99s Marketplace prici=
ng policies. If you do not comply with these policies, you may be excluded =
from promotional opportunities in the future. The =E2=80=9Cregular=E2=80=9D=
 price for the item must be established for at least 14 days before the ite=
m is promoted. Thereafter, the item may be on sale for no more than 60-65% =
of the time it is offered on our MP. In other words, the item must be offer=
ed at the consistent regular price for 35-40% of the time. Note: by =E2=80=
=9Cregular=E2=80=9D price, we mean your ticket price, even if your ticket p=
rice might be intended as a promotion (e.g. if you temporarily lower your t=
icket price). A promotion will not show on site unless you configure a Mira=
kl promotion or submit a promo template; to the customer (and in regards to=
 our policies), your ticket price will always be viewed as the =E2=80=9Creg=
ular=E2=80=9D price. Example: You offer a blouse for $50.00 starting on Jan=
uary 1. You can only promote that blouse after January 15. Thereafter, you =
can promote it at various times, but you need to be off sale at the regular=

ot increase a price in order to then offer it at a discount. That would be =
artificially increasing a price to show savings. Example: If you normally o=
ffer an item for $20, you cannot increase the regular price to $25 on the f=
irst day of an event (or shortly before) so that you can then offer it at 2=
0% off. Promotions must be limited in time. Each promotional event must hav=
e an end date. After that end date, the item must return to the regular pri=
ce. And outside the holiday period where we inform customers that we will r=
emain on sale at various prices, you cannot have =E2=80=9Cback-to-back=E2=
=80=9D sales, meaning that you cannot just go immediately from one event to=
 another. You must go back to the regular price. Example: You participate i=
n a Macy=E2=80=99s sale event with an end date of January 3. On January 4, =
the item needs to revert to the regular price. If you choose to have your r=
egular price fluctuate (i.e., you change your regular price frequently), th=
at is fine. However, in that case, you may not participate in promotions. T=
he issue is you do not have a consistent, established price to promote off.=
 Example: You vary the price of your product daily to react to pricing on o=

arketplace pricing policies. If you do not comply with these policies, you =

=9Cregular=E2=80=9D price for the item must be established for at least 14 =

o more than 60-65% of the time it is offered on our MP. In other words, the=
 item must be offered at the consistent regular price for 35-40% of the tim=

tyle=3D"font-size: 13px;">Note: by =E2=80=9Cregular=E2=80=9D price, we mean=
 your ticket price, even if your ticket price might be intended as a promot=

 show on site unless you configure a Mirakl promotion or submit a promo tem=
plate; to the customer (and in regards to our policies), your ticket price =
will always be viewed as the =E2=80=9Cregular=E2=80=9D price.</span></li>

ou cannot increase the regular price to $25 on the first day of an event (o=

must be limited in time. Each promotional event must have an end date. Afte=
r that end date, the item must return to the regular price. And outside the=

 that you cannot just go immediately from one event to another. You must go=
 back to the regular price.</span></li>

 event with an end date of January 3. On January 4, the item needs to rever=
