API updates

Notifications for customer-initia= ted cancellation requests 

You will now be notified when a customer initiates a cancellation request = more than 30 minutes after placing an order. This notification is designed = to help reduce the frequency and number of returns you process. Make sure t= o subscribe to the notification, Order I= ntent To Cancel Event and Event Type: INTENT_TO_CANCEL. 

IMPORTANT: Have you updated your = APIs?

You must update your Orders and Returns APIs for multi-line, multi-quantit= y functionality as soon as possible. If = you have not made these changes yet, you are at risk of having multi-quanti= ty orders cancelled. See the new API code documentation here. Once updated, you can participate in our Virtua= l Packs program which lets you sell multiple quantities of the same ite= m in a single listing.  You can also reduce costs and time associated = with hard-packing items and help increase Average Order Volume and Gross Me= rchandise Volume.*
