I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The box has not even=
 been opened. I could have used the order number from the second order and t=
hat would have been ok. But I chose to be honest about the situation. I was a=
n assistant manager at Walmart for 20 years and I never would have treated a=
 customer like this. I now have 2 identical bedspreads. Is there a person hi=
gher than you that could possibly help with this?=20
