I returned the shipment via Walmart on 1/1/= 23. The item was totally unopened so there is no damage or usage whatsoever= =2E My return receipt from Walmart shows=20= a FedEx tracking number of 392897619= 502. It was delivered to your company on 1/16/23 and signed for by =E2=80= =9Csadams=E2=80=9D at 1:14pm.

They will then process the return paperwo= rk and forward onto our Customer Service team with the authorization t= o process the refund. The whole process takes approximately 10-1= 5 business days.
